Dr. Sara Snyder is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training from Harvard Medical School, Phoenix VA, and Weill Cornell Medicine. She provides compassionate, evidence-based trauma therapy through secure telehealth across multiple states.

With expertise in PTSD, complex trauma, and psychological assessment, Dr. Snyder believes that "mental health is movement" – that healing is an ongoing journey of reclaiming safety, connection, and agency over your life.
